    HARSH BIHANI – VP Finance

    Harsh is a strategic finance professional with a diverse background in large corporates, startups, and advisory roles in India and Southeast Asia. Harsh has held positions such as Chief of Staff to a Co-founder and Head of Finance, where his responsibilities included business finance, fundraising, financial planning and analysis (FPnA), Investor relations, and Controllership across various companies. At Earlsfield, Harsh oversees the finance function and contributes to developing the investment portfolio.

    MERAJ ALAM – Managing Partner

    Meraj is a succes sful entrepreneur turned investor and is the founder of Earlsfield Capital. Over the years, he has established a strong foundation by leading the overall strategy, planning, growth and execution. He is a strong believer in the potential of technology and its application. He has deep knowledge, understanding and network in the technology investment ecosystem in India and South East Asia.

     

    AASHUTOSH JOSHI – Analyst

    Aashutosh is an investment professional with prior experience in consulting, forensic audit and early-stage investments. Prior to joining Earlsfield Capital, he worked with a venture builder helping them identify and manage their Indian private technology investments. This helped him get a deep understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem. At Earlsfield Capital, Aashutosh is part of the technology investing team where he is responsible for sourcing deals, analyzing opportunities, and conducting due diligence on target companies.

     

    Hussain Harianawala – Entrepreneur in Residence

    Hussain is an ex-founder who has deep expertise in financial services and artificial intelligence. He is a part of the Investment Team where he is responsible for building the team’s network and thesis across new-age sectors. Previously, he founded Neutron, an AI-based AR/AP solution for SMBs in India. He has also worked as a PE Analyst at TresVista and as the Business Development Lead at Hyperloop India.

    AAKASH AGRAWAL – Junior Partner

    Aakash is a successful technology entrepreneur turned investor. He has a deep understanding of technology and comes with strong relationships in the technology investment ecosystem in India & South East Asia. Prior to joining Earlsfield Capital, he co-founded Doodhwala, a leading milk & grocery delivery company in India, which he started, nurtured and successfully exited in 2019. At Earlsfield, Aakash is a senior member of the investment team, supporting overall investment and execution.

     

    ABHISHEK MEHTA – Analyst

    Abhishek is an experienced investment professional and has worked closely with multiple technology companies across India and South East Asia across various capacities. He has worked with other technology VC funds in India as part of their investment team. He joined Earlsfield Capital as an Analyst, responsible for sourcing deals, analysing opportunities and conducting due diligence on target companies. He is part of the technology investment team.

     

    AKASH GUPTA – Portfolio Manager (Hedge Fund)

    Akash has been part of the Hedge Fund industry for 10 years, he joined Earlsfield Capital as a Portfolio Manager, to manage the EM Hedge Fund business. Before joining Earlsfield, he was with Balyasny, working as a Portfolio Manager and has previously worked with Brevan Howard, Spinnaker Capital and Moore Capital. He started his career with Goldman Sachs and holds a BSc in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College, London

    DR. N DEAN PASHA

    Dean is a successful entrepreneur and industry leader with over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. He is a Medical Doctor and a leading Cosmetic Surgeon. Having successfully built multiple businesses within the Healthcare Industry, he has a wealth of experience in identifying investment opportunities and advising management teams on strategic action plans. He works closely with the team at Earlsfield and advises on overall strategy

    MITESH GUPTA

    Mitesh is the Managing Director and Global Head of Emerging Markets (credit) at HSBC. He is a senior investment professional and comes with extensive knowledge of Emerging Markets. He has managed similar portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers & Morgan Stanley. He is an investor at Earlsfield Capital and advises on overall strategy and investment decisions

    MIDHAT KIDWAI

    Midhat is the Group Managing Director, Bin Zayed Group, responsible for the operations and investments of the group founded by Sheikh Khaled Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a senior member of the Abu Dhabi royal family. Midhat overlooks key business & investment activities which comprises of several business fields including: Construction & Energy, Trading, Real Estate, Technology and Financial Services. The Bin Zayed Group is an investor in Earlsfield Capital and Midhat sits on the advisory board advising on overall strategy

    RONALD NOBLE

    Ronald served as the secretary-general of the Interpol from 2000 to 2014 and was the organisation’s first American and youngest secretary-general. After serving the Interpol, he founded RKN Global, a multinational security consultancy headquartered in UAE. Ronald previously worked as a public servant in various U.S. government agencies, including the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Department of Justice and the Treasury. At Earlsfield, Ronald is part of the advisory board advising on overall strategy and execution.
